This Privacy Policy describes how Solugital LLC collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data when using the PeepsFit platform. This policy complies with LGPD, GDPR and United States privacy laws.
1. How We Use Your Data
We use your data strictly to provide and improve the Platform, process payments, send account communications, ensure security, comply with legal obligations and personalize your fitness experience.
PeepsFit does not sell, rent or trade your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Period.
2. Data Sharing
We may share your data only with payment providers (e.g. Stripe), hosting services, analytics tools (anonymized data) and competent authorities when required by law.
3. Storage and Security
- SSL/TLS encryption on all data transmissions;
- Password encryption with secure algorithms (bcrypt);
- Payment data tokenization via PCI-DSS certified provider;
- Continuous security monitoring and incident response.
4. Your Rights
You have the right to: access your data, correction, deletion ("right to be forgotten"), portability, objection to processing and withdrawal of consent. To exercise any right, send a request to [email protected]. We will respond within the time limit set by applicable law.
5. Minors
PeepsFit is not intended for anyone under 18. If we identify an account belonging to a minor, it will be blocked and closed, and its data deleted, except what the law requires or allows us to keep.
